According to Mr. Hagen, the public utility improvements have been completed in general conformance with the approved plans and specifications. City staffperformed a walk-tln'ough inspection of the project and found the utilities ready for city acceptance. All testing has been successfully completed as well. It is therefore recon'unended that the City Council accept the public utility improvements in Whitetail Cove for perpetual maintenance and ownership conditioned upon the developer and/or contractor supplying the City with a two-year maintenance bond. j nl s Attachments: 1. 2. As of this dated, Westwood Professional Services, Inc. certifies that all sanitary sewer, watermam and storm sewer construction has been completed, in accordance with the approved plans and to City standards. We therefore request that the City accept these facilities subject to t~vo year maintenance guarantee. Street curbing and sand, aggregate and bituminous base have also been installed. Final bituminous wearing course and sidewalk remains to be installed in the summer of 2000. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
