This is the site of the former Anh Le Oriental Cuisine Restaurant. The applicant also owns The Great Wall Restaurant in North Mankato, Minnesota. The restaurant will remain basically the same as Anh Le's inside except that they will add new lighting and a new range, freezer, fryer, and steam table. They will serve both lunch and dinner and the seating capacity is 1 00 people. The Public Safety Department has completed background investigations, including criminal history, driving records, and outstanding warrants, on Linh My Huynh and Quoc Kien Phung and found no negative comments. A public hearing notice was published in the Chanhassen Villager and sent to all property owners within 500 feet of the site (see attached list). As of the date of this writing, no comments have been received from the public.
