Attached please find the 1998 resolution establishing cash park and trail
dedication fees.
RECOMMENDATION
It is staff's recommendation that the 1999 park and trail fees be established at the
1998 rates. Land values have not increased enough to justify a change in rates.

WHEREAS, the City determines park dedication fees and trail dedication fees basedon~
land values, density, and a parka~ereage standard of 1 acre per 75 people.
