This city code amendment was approved by the City Council on June 28, 2004; however, no summary ordinance was included. Due to the length of the code amendment, staff wishes to publish a summary ordinance for cost savings purposes. Anyone wishing to review the entire ordinance amendment may do so at City Hall. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the attached summary ordinance is recommended. Approval requires a 4/5ths vote of the City Council. The City ofChanhassen. :~ ; , : :~ ~ : ~' : ,~ CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEP1N COUNTIES, MINNESOTA SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 379 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE, BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY The purpose of this code amendment is to rezone property legally described as "All of west half of the northwest quarter of section 24, township 116, range 23, lying southerly of the right-of- way for TH 312 and easterly of right-of-way line of realigned TH 101, and north of the right-of-way for Lyman Boulevard" from RSF, Single Family Residential District to PUD-Mixed Use, Planned Unit Development-Mixed Use with design standards. A printed copy of Ordinance No. 379 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the City Manager/Clerk.
