specifications for the 2005 Sealcoat Project.

The 2005 Sealcoat Project consists of chip sealing various streets throughout the City
as shown on the attached location maps. Also included will be pavement marking
restoration upon completion of the sealcoat process. The affected streets will
tentatively be sealed during the month of July with a completion date deadline of
August 19,2005.

Bids for the project were opened on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 10:00. Three
total bids were submitted. The bids are shown below along with the engineer's
estimate.

In addition, Pearson Bros., Inc. has completed previous sealcoating projects in the city
