Public Safety Commission Interviews by City Council
Attached are the applications received for the Public Safety Commission. There is one vacancy
resulting from Brian Beniek's moving out of the city. Commissioners Bill Bemhjelm's and Greg
Weber's terms expire; however, both are interested in being re-appointed.
On January 22, 1998, the four new applicants were interviewed by the commissioners whose terms
are not expiring (see attached memo from Chairman Jim Sloss).
Following is the City Council's interview schedule for March 2, 1998:

On January 22, 1998 we interviewed the four new applicants for the Public Safety
Commission. Our unanimous recommendation to the City Council is that
Commissioners Bill Bernhjelm and Greg Weber be re-appointed and that Gary Seman be
appointed to fill Brian Beniek' s position.
