A couple thoughts on the agenda for January 24th:
1. I asked that Item 1 b be deleted rrom the agenda at this time; however,
this item will reappear in the near future.
2. Additionally, Item 7, Powers Ridge Apartments has also been deleted
following the Planning Commission meeting of Wednesday. Kate has
indicated that this item continues to be worked on and will also reappear
on the council agenda in the near term.
3. You should all have received your communication rrom the City
Attorney regarding the cellular tower at Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Please be advised that this communication is privileged and should
remain so. Please be aware that one of you will need to move to take the
action contemplated within this correspondence. If you have any
