1972 10 30 ~ CHANHASSEN VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING - October 30, 1972 I A special meeting of the Chanhassen Village Council was held on October 30, 1972 at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Councilmen Kurvers, Neils and Wolf. Mayor Klingelhutz and Councilman Bennyhoff were absent. PROJECT 72-2: The Administrator presented a tabulation of bids opened on October 26, 1972, at 2:00 p.m. as follows: Widmer Bros. Inc. Northdale Construction Peter Lametti Constr. Nodland Associates Austin P. Keller Constr. C.S. McCrossan, Inc. Northern Contracting Co. Orfei & Sons, Inc. G.L. Contracting, Inc. A motion was made by Councilman Neils and seconded by Councilman Wolf to accept Resolution #1030721 entitled Awarding contracts for construction of Sewer and Water Industrial Improvements 72-2. The following voted in favor thereof: CQ~ncilmen Kurvers, Neils and Wolf. No negative votes. Motion carried. A motion was made by Councilman Wolf and seconded by Councilman Kurvers to approve the pipeline agreement as submitted by Chicago- Milwauke~-St. Paul-Pacific Railroad Co., necessary for the 72-2 Sewer and Water Improvement Project in the amount of $50.00. The following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Kurvers, Neils and Wolf. No negative votes. Motion carried.
