10. Applicants have not provided sufficient evidence to establish that the no-
build alternative provided in Paragraph 9.a., that would avoid impacts to the
wetland, is not a feasible and prudent alternative that would avoid impacts to
the wetland.
11. Based upon the record and testimony provided in this matter, the City finds
that the lake access available for the Subject Property through a shared
cOlmection with the beach association lot to the north of the Subject
Property is a feasible and reasonable alternative to the wetland alteration
requested by the Applicants.
DECISION
The application for a wetland alteration permit is denied.
