As always, if you have any questions, please call me. · CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DATE: RESOLUTION NO: MOTION BY: SECONDED BY: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN PERSONNEL POLICY AS IT RELATES TO COMPENSATORY TIME FOR EXEMPT EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the council has receivèd a recommendÏition fróm fhecity managèr concerning accrual and utilization of compensatory time for exempt employees; aÌld WHEREAS, as part of a software conversion, certain changes in payroll procedure have been recommended; and WHEREAS, these changes will result in greater internal efficiencies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN THAT: 1. That the text of Section 6, Subsection 3, shall be deleted nom the Chanhassen Personnel Policy in its entirety. 2. The text for Section 6, Subsection 3 shall be replaced with the following: "Compensatory Time. Exempt employees shall not accrue compensatory time, but may be allowed time off at the discretion of the city manager."
