Setback, 7707 Great Plains Boulevard, Chapel Hill Academy.
4. Request to subdivide a 2.17 acre parcel into 4 single family lots on property zoned RSF,
Residential Single Family and located at 6330 Murray Hill Road, Arvidsons Addition, Mike
Arvidson.
5. Site Plan Review for a 96,925 sq. ft. expansion to a 95,260 sq. ft. building on property
zoned lOP and located at 950 Lake Drive (Lot I, Block I, Empak Addition), Amcon
Construction Company, Emplast.
