As a reminder, please being your budget documentation, including your Capital
Plan. I am still trying to finish up the capital budget work that Councilman Senn
requested regarding fleet vehicles. This will be distributed on Monday evening.
(It doesn't appear to be rocket science, so I have no concerns about your ability
to digest the infonnation upon such short notice.)
Additionally, under Administrative Presentations, I will give a brief report on
the interview process underway as it relates to the selection of a library design
professional. As part of the discussion, I will be seeking some direction from
the Council as it relates to the interviews that you will conduct with the short-
listed finns as well as how you wish to solicit fee proposals. There are several
different methodologies you may wish to utilize. Each of them has specific
strengths and weaknesses, and I will walk you through those Monday evening. I
would like this direction ITom the Council prior to communicating to the short-
listed finns our desire to receive their fee proposal.
Beyond that, this agenda is fairly short. Thank you.
