' Enclosed please find proposed resolution and attached quit
claim deeds in regard to the above matter.
The title insurance company is requiring a resolution by the
City of Chanhassen directing its Mayor and City Manager to
execute deeds from the City to the HRA for the property acquired
' by the City in the Henry Pauly condemnation. Recall the
condemnation matter was commenced by the City and the HRA will be
taking title to the Henry Pauly property. Thus, to clear up the
interest of the City in the property, the enclosed resolution and
deeds need to be approved and executed. Upon completion of the
foregoing, please forward a certified copy of the resolution and
the original deeds to the undersigned.
This matter is set to close October 11, 1990, in Roger
Pauly's office in Eden Prairie.

WHEREAS, the City acting on behalf of the Housing and

commenced an eminent domain proceeding to acquire the property
described on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" ; and
' WHEREAS, the City desires to quit claim its interest in the
property to the HRA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Chanhassen City
Council:
The Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to
execute the deeds attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen this
