The title insurance company is requiring a resolution by the City of Chanhassen directing its Mayor and City Manager to execute deeds from the City to the HRA for the property acquired ' by the City in the Henry Pauly condemnation. Recall the condemnation matter was commenced by the City and the HRA will be taking title to the Henry Pauly property. Thus, to clear up the interest of the City in the property, the enclosed resolution and deeds need to be approved and executed. Upon completion of the foregoing, please forward a certified copy of the resolution and the original deeds to the undersigned.
