Chanhassen Hills 2nd Addition II Project No. 87-2yvt) iIg'7 I Attached is a letter from the developer stating the above-referenced subdivision has been completed and therefore requests the City to accept the street and utility improvements. 1 The overall project was completed in 1989 with the exception of Barbara Court. The final lift of bituminous was installed on Barbara Court in September, 1990 . City staff has inspected this I project and found it to be ready for the City' s acceptance and perpetual maintenance. With the exception of Barbara Court street improvements, the project has already endured a one-year Iwarranty period. It is therefore recommended that the street and utility I improvements for Chanhassen Hills 2nd Addition be accepted for public ownership contingent upon receipt of an acceptable maintenance bond from the contractor guaranteeing the street improvements on Barbara Court for a one-year period commencing on Ithe date of this acceptance. ktm IAttachments: 1.
