Acceptance of Outlots
Dear Mr. Jablonski:
This letter is to confirm that on March 10, 2014, the Chanhassen City Council
amended the PUD design standards for Camden Ridge to incorporate revised side
yard setbacks for single - family detached homes as follows:
The PUD ordinance requires setbacks from roadways and property lines. The
