NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014 -03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, February 18,
2014, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall,
7700 Market Blvd. The purpose
of this hearing is to consider a
request for a minor amendment to
the Camden Ridge Planned Unit
Development (PUD) to adjust side
yard setbacks for single - family
detached housing on 36.2 acres
of property zoned Planned Unit
and located west of Highway 212,
north of Pioneer Trail, and east
of Pioneer Pass (Camden Ridge).
Applicant: Lennar.
A plan showing the location of
the proposal is available for public
reviewonthe City's web site at www
ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2014 -03 or at
City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are
invited to attend this public hearing
and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
