Lot 1, Block 1 , Pleasant Hill

When the City closes (January, 1990 +) on the sale of the eastern
1 portion of the Murray Hill water tower site with Mr. Gil
Kriedberg, a portion of the existing northerly drainage and uti-
lity easement shown on the attached map will no longer be of need
1 by the City. It will instead be replaced by a similar 6-foot
wide easement along the revised northerly boundary, again as
shown on the attachments . There are no utilities present in the
existing easement area proposed for vacation.
IIt is therefore recommended that the City Council vacate the
drainage and utility easement for a portion (192 ' ) of the north
1 property line of Lot 1, Block 1, Pleasant Hill as shown on the
attached map, conditioned on the City ' s approval and recording of
the Pleasant Hill 2nd Addition subdivision scheduled for review
by the City Council in January, 1990 .

PROPOSED UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION
CITY OF CHANHASSEN
' NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will
hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 18, 1989, at 7: 30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall , 690 Coulter
' Drive. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the applica-
tion of Gilbert Kriedberg and the City of Chanhassen to vacate a
lot line utility easement along a portion of the north line of
' Lot 1, Block 1, Pleasant Hill.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for
' public review at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public
hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
