Public Presentation of City Center Commons Master Plan and
Phase I Plan
Attached you will find a Master Plan that has a colored overlay showing the
Phase I Plan, and cost estimates for both the Master Plan and Phase I.
Damon Farber, the Landscape Architect for the City Center Commons site, will
be presenting the plans and project costs during the public hearing. Once
Damon has completed his presentation, the City Council should request public
comments on the proposed plan.
Staff has also asked Damon to prepare a schedule outlining the next step in
developing detailed plans and specifications. He will be distributing the
proposed schedule at Monday night's meeting.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is requesting that the City Council authorize Damon Farber Associates to
prepare detailed plans and specifications for Phase I of City Center Commons.
