The project has actually been completed for quite some time; however, the City was only recently provided with the necessary Consent of Surety, lien waivers and Minnesota tax payment forms so that this project could I be finalized. The project is a combination of BRA and City Council authoriza- tion in that the Dinner Theatre gazebo and stage sign are assessed directly to Bloomberg Properties under authority of the City Council. As such, it is Inecessary for the City Council and the BRA to approve Change Order No. 1. The change order amounts to $1,606.83 and is summarized in the attached docu- ments. The majority of the items relate to the Dinner Theatre gazebo and stage I sign with the exception of Item #2 which reflects the City's entry monument letter type change. I find the documents to be in order and therefore recommend that the City Council approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,606.83 and the Certificate of Substantial Completion contingent on the BRA's approval of the same documents.
