Ordinance 594CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.594 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CHANHASSEN WEST BUSINESS PARK THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: Section 1. Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code, the City's zoning ordinance, is hereby amended by amending the Chanhassen West Business Park Planned Unit Development Design Standards, Section d. Development Standards Tabulation Box, subsection 1 as follows: 1. Building Area Building Square Footage Breakdown Use Percent Total Square Feet Office 30% 115,500 Light Industrial/Warehouse 70% 261,500 Total (Maximum) 377,000 The actual use percentages and square footage totals may vary provided that the total building square footages are not exceeded. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 24th day of March, 2014.
