Merit Pay Adjustment for City Manager
Please find attached a copy of the payroll adjustment authorization sheet to be
used in the merit pay approval process. As you recall, a few months ago you
completed your review of the City Manager. At that point, I indicated that once
we got to June, the Council would need to perform a merit pay adjustment
consistent with that evaluation. Here is the form to be used for that adjustment.
Please understand that should Council members wish to discuss performance or
performance review issues that should be done in closed session. The actual
adjustment of compensation needs to be done in open session.
