Approve Quit Claim Deeds of Vacated Santa Fe Trail Property
Vacation Files 95-05 & 03-01 (Simple Majority Vote Required)
REQUEST
The Council is requested to approve the attached quit claim deeds for City-owned
property containing the paper street of Santa Fe Trail which has been previously
vacated.
BACKGROUND
The property in question was deeded to the City in 1968.
In 1976, the City Council approved the conveyance of this property by separate
deeds to the three adjacent property owners,
In 1986, one of the three deeds was recorded at Carver County; the remaining two
deeds have never been recorded.
