A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 0.56 MILES OF MUNICIPAL STATE
AID STREET DESIGNATIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Chanhassen that the streets
hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of
Minnesota Law.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Chanhassen City Council that the road
described below:
1) Extension of MSAS 104 - Bluff Creek Drive: Pioneer Trail to Bluff Creek Boulevard(0.33
existing miles).
2) Extension of MSAS 106 -Audubon Road: TH 5 to W. 78th Street(0.06 existing miles).
3) Extension of MSAS 118 - Century Boulevard: TH 5 to W. 78th Street(0.10 existing miles).
4) Designation of MSAS 128 - Dakota Avenue: Lake Drive East to TH 5 (0.07 existing miles).
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as a Municipal State Aid street of said city,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and
that upon approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof,that future improvement of the
same be constructed and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street of the City of Chanhassen.
