VACATION The applicant is proposing to combine two industrial lots into ' one industrial lot located on the northeast corner of County Road 17 and Lake Drive. There are existing utility easements on the interior lot lines which will no longer be necessary if the lots ' are combined. RECOMMENDATION ' The City Council recommends approval of Vacation Request #89-4 to vacate the interior utility easements between Lots 1 and 2 , Block 2 , Chanhassen Lakes Business Park 2nd Addition with the following ' condition: 1 . The City Council approve the final plat for Lot 1, Block 1, Ern-oak Addition and the recording of the plat with Carver ' County. 1 1 1
