SUBJ: Certification of Sewer/Water Bills to County
Attached is a list of delinquent sewer and water bills for the
1987/88 billing year. A public hearing is set for the September
26 , 1988 , City Council meeting. All notices have been sent out
and I have not received any responses stating that property
owners want to "protest" their bill. I will need City Council
action approving certification of the delinquent utility bills ,
plus a certification fee, to the homeowner 's property taxes
before I am able to send this list to the County Auditor .
