Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mike Fahey, County Attorney: To review,
Mike Fahey will be present at 4:00 p.m. to discuss an alternative dispute
resolution program that has recently been initiated by his office. My knowledge
of this particular initiative is somewhat limited, so I will wait for Mr. Fahey to
make his presentation to the Council on Monday.
Highway 101 Trail, Review Concept Drawings: Teresa will spearhead a
TH 101 trail concept drawing review process with the Council beginning at
4:30 p.m. Some of the feedback I have received ITom citizens regarding the
meetings held to date has been positive. Particular thanks were expressed to me
concerning the tone of the open houses and that citizens (at least the ones that I
spoke to) felt welcomed as part of the process.
Christmas Light Ordinance: Following that, a brief review of a draft Christmas
Light Ordinance will be presented by our City Attorney. If you recall, we
discussed this several months ago and Mr. Knutson has done some research on
the legalities of the issues involved.
