IISUBJ: Sun Ridge Second Addition Final Plat
The applicant received preliminary plat approval for Sun Ridge
Second Addition on July 5 , 1988. The preliminary plat was
11 approved with the following five conditions :
1 . Compliance with the recommendations of Drs. Machmeier and
IIAnderson.
2 . Redesignation of proposed Lot 2 as an outlot.
II 3 . Dedication on the final plat of a 75 foot utility easement
over the Williams Pipeline.
II 4 . The developer agrees to extending Sun Ridge Court to the
southerly property boundary of Outlot A if an application is
pursued for Outlot A. This extension of Sun Ridge Court shall
II be at the sole expense of the applicant and shall be con-
sistent with the City' s standards. The thirty foot future
street easement along the west lot line of Lot 1 . shall be
dedicated on the plat.
5 . The applicant shall supply to the City Engineer for approval
a grading, drainage and erosion control plan for each lot as
Ipart of the building permit process.
The submitted final plat is consistent with the approved prelimi-
nary plat and the applicant met Conditions #2 , #3 and #4, of the
preliminary plat approval. Conditions #1 and #5 will be complied
with as part of the building permit application process .
IIRECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the final plat for Sun Ridge Second
I Addition stamped "Received September 29, 1988" subject to the
following conditions:
II 1 . The proposed building permits will be in compliance with the
recommendations of Drs . Machmeier and Anderson.

2 . The applicant shall supply to the City Engineer for approval I
a grading, drainage and erosion control plan for each lot as
part of the building permit process .
3 . The final plat shall designate a 5 foot side utility easement
rather that a 6 foot easement.

IMayor Hamilton called the meeting to order. The meeting was opened with the
Pledge to the Flag.

Gerhardt, Lori Sietsema, Larry Brown and Jim Chaffee
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Councilman Johnson moved, Councilman Geving seconded to
approve the agenda as amended with the following additions and changes:
II Councilman Boyt wanted to change item 11 to the first item under New Business
and add an item under Council Presentations, the Minnetonka Weed. Councilman
Horn wanted to add under Council Presentations discussion on referendums and
Mayor Hamilton wanted to move item 9 onto the Consent Agenda as item (w) . All
voted in favor of the agenda as amended and the motion carried.
II CONSENT AGENDA: Councilman Horn moved, Councilman Geving seconded to approve
the following Consent Agenda items pursuant to the City Manager's
recommendations:
a. Resolution #88-77: Set Public Hearing Date, Industrial Development Revenue
lit _. Bond Application, Lyman Lumber.

2. Approve RLS for Tracts A, B and C
