Accept Street & Storm Drainage hnprovements in Whitetail Cove
Project No. 99-6

Staffhas received a letter rrom Mr. Francis Hagen, Project Engineer witltWestwood
Professional Service, Inc., requesting the City consider acceptance of the public
street and storm drainage improvements in the above-referenced project. According
to Mr. Hagen, the public street and storm drainage improvements have been'
completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The public
street and storm drainage improvements have been tested and approved by City
staff. Staffhas performed a walk-through inspection of the project and found the
project ready for final acceptance.
It is therefore recommended that the City Council accept the public street and storm
drainage improvements in the Whitetail Cove, Project No. 99-6, for perpetual
maintenance and ownership conditioned upon the developer and/or contractor
completing any remaining punch list items and supplying the City with an
acceptable maintenance bond guaranteeing the street and storm drainage
improvements for a two-year period commencing on the date of acceptance.
