Hotsy Equipment Co. IHotsy Model #981 $3 ,608 . 42 I recommend the purchase of the Alkota Model #5231-T washer from II . American Pressure, Inc. for $3,050.00 which is the lowest price of the 4 washers quoted. The pump and motor size is larger than in some of the higher priced units. There is a 2 year warranty on the washer and burner and a 5 year warranty on the heating II coil. This warranty is better than on 2 of the higher priced washers. American Pressure, Inc. would be the service facility and is located on Highway 101 about 6 miles north of Chanhassen. IThere is $4, 000. 00 in the garage budget under capital outlay for the purchase of the washer. The remaining $950. 00 would be used for connecting the washer to natural gas, exhaust duct work, and 1 purchasing a retractable hose reel. The old washer would be kept as a back-up unit or possibly used 1 by the Fire Department.
