AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5
OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE
CONCERNING DANGEROUS AND
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS
SECTION 1. Chapter 5, Article II, Division 5 of the Chanhassen City Code is repealed in
its entirety
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of July, 2014, by the City Council of the City of
Chanhassen, Minnesota.
