The 3'd annual Seminary Fen Fall Clean -Up Event will take place on Saturday,
November 1. Everyone is invited to spend the morning helping to restore this
state - designated Scientific and Natural Area. DNR staff will lead volunteers as
they pull buckthorn and pick up trash. Afterwards, all volunteers will be invited on
a tour of the fen with the DNR naturalists. The event is sponsored by the
Chanhassen Environmental Commission in partnership with the DNR. Volunteers
will meet at 9 am in the Fen parking lot located off of Flying Cloud Drive. More
infonnation, including a location map, can be found on the city's website. Join us
