City staff has been coordinating with MnDOT and Carver County to develop a proposed financing plan The schedule for the final design and construction phases of the project will be dependent on the determination of a project financing plan DISCUSSION Over the past 3 months, City staff has been meeting with the consulting team, representatives of Carver County and MnDOT to develop and evaluate design alternatives and begin preparation of the EAW Staff and the consulting team will review these design alternatives with the Council at the work session We are requesting input from the Council on the project before proceeding further with preliminary design and public involvement activities Representatives of Carver County and MnDOT have been invited to loin us for this discussion.
