IV /Construction Manager # DATE: November 9, 2015 ow SUBJ: Lake St. Joe Cove, Project No. 13 -11: Accept Public Streets & Utilities PROPOSED MOTION "The City Council approves a resolution accepting the public streets and utilities in Lake St. Joe Cove for perpetual maintenance and ownership." City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. Staff has received a letter from Daniel Schmidt of Sathre - Bergquist, Inc. stating that the streets and utility improvements have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Staff has performed a walk - through inspection and finds the completed improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership contingent upon receipt of a two -year maintenance bond.
