Name Nirum Abbott
Comments/History Oldest known grave in the cemetery. In the fall of 1855, Nirum Abbott was elected
one of three county commissioners. He died before the first meeting, which was
held in January 1856.
Eliza Allard Abbott died in 1840 and then Nirum married Mrs. Fanny M. Hamblet in
Ogle County, Illinois on February 4, 1841.
