Hill, Inc. indicating the above - referenced street and utility improvements have been completed in conformance with the approved plans and specifications and all testing has been successfully completed; and WHEREAS, staff has performed a walk - through inspection and finds the improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby accepts the street and utility improvements in Pioneer Pass, Project No. 06 -16, for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
