DeedCHANHASSEN PIONEER CEMETERY DEED In consideration of $200.00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Chanhassen does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Cheryl Norquist ("Grantee"), heirs and assigns forever, the following land to be used only for a place of burial for the dead, to wit: Grave 1 in Lot 76 of the Chanhassen Pioneer Cemetery, located in the NW'/4 of Section 15, Township 116, Range 23, Carver County, Minnesota. To have and to hold the same, subject to all Minnesota laws, existing now or in the future, for the management and regulation of cemeteries; and also subject to all rules, regulations, or ordinances of the City of Chanhassen, now or hereafter made or adopted for the regulation of the cemetery or any part thereof. No grave(s) or lot(s) may be sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of, except by will or by operation of law, without the City's approval. The City hereby reserves the first option to repurchase the grave or lot at the above price or the then current price, whichever is lower. No transfer of a grave or lot is effective until it has been entered in the City's cemetery records.
