October 29, 2007 Guest Book information Very sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. As Public Works Director in and uidelines Chan from '86-'90 I worked with Jerry almost daily. He was a very hard guy to please many times only because he wanted the best resources to do the best that he could for the citizens he served.
