On July 25, 2005, Lot 2, Block 1, Frontier Third Addition was subdivided into two lots: Parcel A
(7555 Great Plains Boulevard) and Parcel B (7516 Frontier Trail). The staff report for the metes
and bounds subdivision states that Parcel B will have access from Frontier Trail. The Frontier
Third Addition development contract remains in full force and must be amended to state that
Parcel A will gain access from Great Plains Boulevard and Parcel B shall access Frontier Trail.
The amendment will be recorded against Parcels A and B.

AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
(Developer Installed Improvements)
FRONTIER THIRD ADDITION
AGREEMENT by and between the CITY OF CHANHASSEN, a Minnesota municipal
corporation ("City"); CHARLES R. STINSON and CAROL EASTLUND, husband and wife, and
JESSICA C. STINSON, a single person (collectively, the "Stinsons"); and CENTRA HOMES LLC,
a Nevada limited liability company ("Centra").
RECITALS
A. The City previously entered into a Development Contract with Charles R. Stinson
& Robtert G. Bolling for FRONTIER THIRD ADDITION dated November 8, 2004 ("Development
Contract") recorded on August 4, 2005, as Carver County Document No. A420380.
B. On July 25, 2005, the City passed a Resolution Approving a Metes and Bounds
Subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, Frontier Third Addition Creating Two Lots. The Property legally
described as Lot 2, Block 1, FRONTIER THIRD ADDITION, Carver County, Minnesota, was
divided into Parcel A and Parcel B, as legally described on the attached "Exhibit A".
C. Centra is now the fee owner of Parcel A.

D. The Stinsons are now the fee owners of Parcel B.
F. The City, Centra, and the Stinsons desire to amend the Development Contract to
correct and clarify the allowed and prohibited accesses to Parcel A and Parcel B.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. AMENDMENT. Paragraph 8(W) of the Special Provisions of the Development
Contract is amended in its entirety to read as follows:
W. Access.
(i) Parcel A. Parcel A shall be allowed access to Great Plains
Boulevard. Parcel A shall be prohibited access to Frontier Trail.
(ii) Parcel B. Parcel B shall be allowed access to Frontier Trail. Parcel
B shall be prohibited access to Great Plains Boulevard.
2. DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT. The Development Contract shall remain in full
force and effect except as specifically modified by this First Amendment.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement is duly executed and effective on the last date
written below.
