A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS &AUTHORIZING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
2017 STREET REHABILITATION(LAKE SUSAN HILLS AREA)
PROJECT NO. 17-01
WHEREAS,on October 24, 2016,the City Council received the feasibility report for the
2017 Street Rehabilitation Project(Lake Susan Hills area)and called for the public hearing to be
held on November 28,2016 for the 2017 Street Rehabilitation Project(Lake Susan Hills area); and
AND WHEREAS,ten days'mailed notice and two weeks'published notice of the hearing
was given,and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of November,2016 which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Chanhassen City Council:
1. Such improvement is necessary,cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
November 28,2016.
3. Authorizes preparation of plans and specifications for the 2017 Street Rehabilitation Project
(Lake Susan Hills area)Project No. 17-01.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 28t11 day of November, 2016.
