The comprehensive plan guides the property as Public/Semi-Public. The zoning map shows the property as Residential Single Family. If the Schroeder property was reguided to Residential-Low Density, the home would be in compliance with the zoning and land use plan. If the property was rezoned to Office Institutional, the home would become legal non- conforming which would restrict expansion, intensification, replacement, structural change, maintenance and repair. SUMMARY The zoning on the Schroeder's property is Residential Single Family. The Land Use was incorrectly mapped on the 2000 Land Use Map.
