City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. DISCUSSION AND JUSTIFICATION Utility Vehicle#321 is a 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck which is programmed for replacement this year. This vehicle has 80,200 miles on it. Staff has reviewed the condition of this truck and recommends keeping the truck for several more years. A vehicle is needed for the new west water treatment plant operator. Vehicle#321 is recommended to be used by the new water treatment plant operator and a new truck purchased for the daily use in the Utility department.
