PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council approves the Surveyor's Certificate of Plat Correction prepared by Dennis
B. Olmstead and signed on March 14, 2017.
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present."
BACKGROUND
On July 25th, 2016 the City Council approved the Foxwood final plat. The plat was recorded January 20,
2017 as Document No. 640329. Subsequent to filing the plat it was discovered that a distance call was
omitted from the legal description. The surveyor who prepared the plat has submitted a"Land
Surveyor's Certificate of Plat Correction"to the City for signatures. The correction does not affect the
layout of the development.

A distance call in the legal description near the end of the first exception as listed on Sheet 1of 2
