"The City Council adopts a resolution approving the vacation of all the public drainage and utility easements on Lot 1, Block 1 of GATEWAY NORTH as dedicated on the recorded plat thereof as described in Exhibit A." B. The City Council adopts a resolution approving the vacation of all the public drainage and utility easements on and Lot 2, Block 2 and Outlot A of GATEWAY NORTH as dedicated on the recorded plat thereof together with Document No. 206358 as described in Exhibit A." City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of those present.
