Section 4-15 (a) 3 of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: The fees to conduct a background investigation on liquor license applications for owners, officers or operating managers shall be as follows (per application): New establishment/new owner 1 $250.00 Changes in officers or operating managers of existing license holders 1 $100.00 Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective March 13, 2017 after its passage and publication.
