lie within Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Redstone Ridge as described in Exhibit A."
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of those present.

PROPOSAL
The property owner of Lot 2, Block 1, REDSTONE RIDGE along with the developer of
REDSTONE RIDGE have requested the vacation of this remnant easement.
As perimeter drainage and utility easements were granted as part of the REDSTONE RIDGE
plat, staff recommends granting the proposed vacation of drainage and utility easement.
