III, Powers Ridge Senior Apts. - Project No. 00-14 PROPOSED MOTION "The City Council approves the public portion of the utility improvements in Powers Ridge 2nd Addition, Ph. III, Powers Ridge Senior Apts. for perpetual maintenance and ownership." City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. Staff has received a certification letter from Joseph Radach with Carlson McCain, Inc., regarding the above -referenced project. According to Mr. Radach, the public utility improvements have been completed in conformance with the approved plans and specifications. City staff performed a walk- through inspection of the project and found the public utility improvements are in satisfactory condition. Attachments: 1. III, POWERS RIDGE SENIOR APTS. PROJECT NO. 00-14 WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Joseph Radach of Carlson McCain, Inc. indicating the public utility improvements have been completed in conformance with the approved plans and specifications and all testing has been successfully completed; and WHEREAS, staff has performed a walk-through inspection and finds the improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby accepts the public utility improvements in Powers Ridge 2nd Addition, Ph. III, Powers Ridge Senior Apts., Project No. 00-14, for perpetual maintenance and ownership. Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 8d' day of January, 2018.
