2002-77• 0 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DATE: August 26, 2002 RESOLUTION NO: 2002-77 MOTION BY: Peterson SECONDED BY: Avotte A RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, KOLBINGER ADDITION, VACATION FILE NO. 2002-4 WHEREAS, the City has received a request from Charles Stinson, representing the property owners of 7530 Frontier Trail, to vacate an existing drainage and utility easement located at Lot 2, Block 1, Kolbinger Addition, as shown and described on Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said petition August 26, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby approves vacating the existing drainage and utility easement located on Lot 2, Block 1 of the Kolbinger Addition as defined in the attached vacation description, subject to the following conditions: The vacation description shall be revised to exclude the existing 10 -foot front yard and 5 -foot rear yard easements.
