Due to the COVID19 pandemic, all members of the City Council will participate in this special meeting
via Zoom pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.021,rather than in person at the city council’s
regular meeting place at Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard, Chanhassen, Minnesota.
ZOOM Register to participate in the meeting via Zoom. Further instructions for participation are

Commission. City Council is soliciting applications to fill these vacancies.
Please complete and submit the online form below. You will be able to

Application deadline is Friday, April 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
City Council Interview Date and First Meeting
Applicants must be available to interview with the City Council on Wednesday, April 28 starting at
6:00 p.m.
City Council will appoint new commissioners at their meeting on May 10, 2021.
Applicants must be able to attend the May 11, 2021 Economic Development Commission meeting if
appointed to the Commission.

Looking to find a place to be able to give back to the Community. I worked for the City of Edina
for 17 years. A significant portion of my career there was focused on our Tax Increment Districts
that helped grow "50th and France", Centennial Lakes, and the Hwy 100/50th street areas.
As a developer, I understand market forces and what attracts business development. I balance
that with my years working for a City and understanding the market must balance against the
goals and objectives of the City
Real Estate Developer - role that requires me to find land, work with Cities on entitlements, find
equity to fund development, find lenders to finance projects , construct buildings, work with
operators to lease-up buildings.
City Background - high understanding of MN TIF and Tax Abatement, understand City goals in
small and large redevelopments (i.e. Centennial Lakes, 50th and Hwy 100, etc.)
