I, the unde~signed, being the duly qualified and acting
recording officer of the public corporation issuing the bonds re-
ferred to in the title of this certificate, certify that the docu-
ments attached hereto, as described above, have been carefully
co~pared with the original records of said corporation in my legal
custody, from which they h~ve been transcribed; that said documents
are a correct and complete transcript of the minutes of a meeting
of the governing body of said corporation, and correct and complete
copies of all resolutions and other actions taken and of all docu-
ments approved by the governing body at said meeting, so far as
they relate to said bonds; and that said meeting was duly held by
the governing body at the time and place and was attended through-
out by the menbers indicated above, pursuant to call and notice of
such ~eeting given as required by law.

resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF
$1,960,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1976, SERIES 2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chanhassen,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. This Council has heretofore ordered the local improve-
ments designated below to be constructed in or acquired by the City,
and has contracted or will contract for the construction or acquisi-
tion of each said improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429. The designation and estimated total cost of such
improvements, exclusive of amounts to be paid from federal or state
grants and the cost thereof financed by the proceeds of $2,400,000
Improvement Bonds of 1976, Series 1, is as follows:

2. It is hereby found and determined that it is necessary
and expedient for the City to issue and se~~l its Improvement Bonds
in the principal amount of $1,931,000 to finance the cost of said
improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and to
obtain the best bid for said bonds at public sale, to sell and issue
an additional $29,000 principal amount of like bonds representing
interest together with said bonds, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 475.56.
3. This Council shall meet at the City Hall on the 4th day of,
October , 1976, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds. The City Administrator
is hereby authorized and directed to cause a notice of the time,
place and purpose of the meeting to be published once in the official
newspaper of the City and in the Commercial West, published in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall contain such information
as the Administrator shall determine to be required by law or
desirable.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
".... was duly seconded by Councilman Neveaux , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof:
Klinglehutz, Kurvers, Hobbs, Neveaux, Waritz
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly pa?sed and adopted, and
was approved and signed by the Mayor, whose signature was attested
by the City Clerk.
