77-36 CITY OF CHANHASSEN RESOLUTION ,.- Date $W. '20 t '917 Motion by Councilman ~An.CON Resolution No. 11- 3 ~ Seconded by Councilman 'eUII'( I;.. ROJINA LAND DIVISION WHEREAS, Paul F. Rojina and Rita M. Rojina, husband and wife, are the owners of a tract of land in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, said tract of land being a part of the South- west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 116, Range 23, and more fully described on Exhibit "A" hereto attached; and WHEREAS, said owners desire to have said tract of land divided into two parcels so as to create two single family residential homesites depicted as Parcel A and Parcel B on the attached Schoell & Madson, Inc. survey dated June 20, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen desires to construct a storm sewer facility across said Parcels A and B as depicted on said survey, which construction is consented to by said owners, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. ." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The City of Chanhassen consents to the division of the tract of land described on Exhibit "A" hereto attached into two separate land parcels, depicted as Parcel A and Parcel B on the attached Schoell & Madson, Inc. survey dated June 20, 1977. 2. Parcels A and B may be improved as two separate single family residential sites. 3. The City shall install sanitary sewer and water service stubs from West 77th Street or Erie Avenue to the Parcel B property line as a part of Street and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 75-11. 4. Said Parcel B shall be subject to the customary sanitary sewer and water trunk, lateral and connection charges, provided however, that said charges shall be payable only upon application for a building permit for the improvement of Parcel B.
